Do I need to install it before I travel or after I arrive?
Hi Daniel — either works, but we suggest installing before you fly so it's ready to go. Just scan the QR code in Settings, and the plan's validity only kicks in once you first connect in Singapore, Malaysia or Thailand. Safe travels!
