Have you installed your eSIM TopUp?
The most common reason for "no internet" is that the eSIM was never fully installed. Open the eSIM TopUp app, go to My eSIMs → Install, or scan the QR code from your order email. On your iPhone this appears under Settings › Cellular › Add eSIM. If you're unsure, tap "Installation instructions" on the install screen to see step-by-step photos.

Is your eSIM TopUp set as the data line?
Your phone can hold several SIMs, but only one carries mobile data. Go to Settings › Cellular › Cellular Data and choose your eSIM TopUp line. If your primary SIM is selected here instead, the eSIM won't connect to the internet.

Is Data Roaming turned on for the eSIM?
Travel eSIMs connect through partner networks, so Data Roaming must be ON — this is normal and never adds any charge, because your plan is fully prepaid. Go to Settings › Cellular › [your eSIM TopUp] › Data Roaming and switch it on.

Does your plan still have data left?
If everything is set up but you still can't browse, your plan may have run out of data or reached its validity date. Check your remaining data anytime in the eSIM TopUp app under My eSIMs. If it's used up, you can top up the same eSIM in seconds — no need to reinstall.

Still stuck? Try these final checks.
Toggle Airplane mode on and off, or restart your phone — this forces a fresh network search. Make sure you've arrived at your destination (most plans only activate on the local network). If the APN is blank, set it to the value shown in your order email under Settings › Cellular › [eSIM TopUp] › Cellular Data Network.
