This Privacy Policy explains how eSIM TopUp ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and mobile apps to buy and manage eSIM data plans.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted).
• Order & eSIM data — the plans you buy, eSIM activation details (ICCID, QR/activation codes), and data-usage information.
• Payment information — payments are processed by FastSpring, our reseller and merchant of record. Card details are entered on FastSpring's checkout and are never sent to or stored on our servers; we hold only an order reference, the amount, and the status.
• Contact & billing details — a mobile number and a billing address, which we ask for before your first top-up so we can review it and help resolve any payment issue.
• Wallet & transactions — your balance and a ledger of top-ups, purchases, and refunds.
• Technical & usage data — app/device information and how you came to us (e.g. referral source) to improve our service.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To process orders, deliver eSIMs, and provide customer support.
• To send transactional emails (verification codes, order receipts and invoices, password resets).
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share data with

• eSIM Access (our connectivity provider) — to provision and manage your eSIMs.
• FastSpring — to process payments, act as reseller and merchant of record, and handle refunds.
• We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Data retention & deletion

• We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting requirements.
• You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time — in the app under More → Delete account, or via our account deletion page.

5. Security

• Passwords and secrets are encrypted, payments are taken on FastSpring’s PCI-compliant checkout, and our sites are served over HTTPS.

6. Your rights

• You can access, update, or delete your personal data. To exercise any right, contact us at the email below.

7. Children

• Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
