Delete your account
You can permanently delete your eSIM TopUp account and the personal data associated with it. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, email, password)
- Your orders and eSIM records (ICCID, activation codes)
- Your wallet balance and transaction history
- Saved payment methods are detached at Stripe
Note: any remaining wallet balance is forfeited on deletion. Some records may be retained in anonymized form where required by law (e.g. tax/accounting).
To delete your account, please log in first, then return to this page (or use More → Delete account in the app).
