Frequently asked questions
How much does the Israel eSIM cost?
The Israel 3GB/Day plan costs $3.42 for 3 GB/day over 1 days, paid once with no hidden fees.
How do I activate my Israel eSIM?
Scan the QR code in your phone settings (Cellular/Mobile → Add eSIM) or tap Install in the eSIM TopUp app. Install on Wi-Fi before your trip; it activates when you arrive in Israel.
Will this eSIM work on my phone?
It works on any eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked phone — iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy models.
Can I keep my regular number?
Yes. The eSIM runs alongside your normal SIM, so you keep your number for calls and texts while using data in Israel.

Can I use it in nearby countries too?
That depends on the plan — country plans work in that country only, while our regional and global plans cover multiple destinations.

Is roaming charged extra or is it all included?
It is all included. You pay once for the plan and there are no roaming charges on top.

Can I top up the same eSIM instead of buying a new one?
Yes, if the plan supports top-up you can add data to the same eSIM rather than installing a new one.

Will this keep my WhatsApp active with my home number?
It does — your home number stays live for WhatsApp, calls and texts. The eSIM only carries data.

Do I need to install it before I travel or after I arrive?
Before — install on Wi-Fi at home. The plan only starts once it connects at your destination.
