How do I activate my Europe & Morocco eSIM?
Scan the QR code in your phone settings (Cellular/Mobile → Add eSIM) or tap Install in the eSIM TopUp app. Install on Wi-Fi before your trip; it activates when you arrive in Europe & Morocco.
Will this eSIM work on my phone?
It works on any eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked phone — iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy models.
Can I keep my regular number?

Is 5G supported or just 4G?
You get 5G on networks that carry it, and 4G everywhere else. No setting to change.

Set it up before departure. Installing needs internet, and airport Wi-Fi is not always reliable.

It does — your home number stays live for WhatsApp, calls and texts. The eSIM only carries data.
